Using Tropic Tumble

Tropic Tumble is provided for personal entertainment use.

  • Play fairly and use the game, website, and support tools lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not cheat, exploit bugs, abuse live events, reverse engineer the service, interfere with servers, harass support, or misuse the game.

Accounts and Responsibility

If the game offers account, cloud save, or sign-in features, players are responsible for their own access and device or store account security.

  • Progress may be linked to a device, account, platform account, or cloud save depending on the feature set available.
  • Account deletion may remove saved progress, rewards, and account-linked information.

Virtual Items

Coins, hearts or lives, boosters, treasure, event rewards, journal items, islands, and other virtual items are for use inside Tropic Tumble only.

  • Virtual items have no cash value.
  • They cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged outside the game.
  • Availability, balance, and item behavior may change over time.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • Store rules apply to billing, refunds, payment records, and transaction handling.
  • Prices, bundles, items, and offers may change.
  • Purchased virtual items are delivered for use in Tropic Tumble only.
  • If a purchase does not arrive, players should use Restore Purchases in the app first, then contact support if the item is still missing.

Rewards, Events, and Balance Changes

Tropic Tumble is a live game experience and game systems may change over time.

  • Levels, islands, rewards, events, booster behavior, coin amounts, lives, difficulty, timers, missions, treasure events, and feature availability may change.
  • Limited-time events may end or rotate.
  • Rewards may be adjusted to maintain balance, correct bugs, address abuse, or respond to technical issues.

Support and Player Submitted Content

Players may submit support messages, screenshots, videos, receipts, and attachments to help resolve problems.

  • Do not send illegal, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • Do not submit private information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.
  • Support responses are intended to help with the game and related player issues.

Bugs, Cheating, and Abuse

We may investigate and correct results affected by bugs, cheating, exploits, fraud, or system misuse.

  • This may include adjusting progress, rewards, coins, boosters, event results, or access where needed.
  • We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, fraud, harassment, cheating, or security concerns.

JPott Studios owns Tropic Tumble and the related content unless otherwise stated.

  • This includes the game, artwork, logos, islands, systems, text, designs, and other content.
  • Players receive permission to use the game for personal play. They do not own the game content itself.
